About KCT USA

In 2014, Robert and Joany Wills traveled to India to conduct a leadership conference. After witnessing firsthand many neglected children, they immediately sensed the need to serve the boys and girls of this southern Indian region. In partnership with their local translator, Parshu Ram, a door was opened for Robert and Joany to reach both boys and girls by educating, equipping, and empowering the next generation to be leaders in not just India, but the broader world.

The Indian translation for compassion is Karunalaya, and with that, the very concept of Karunalaya Charitable Trust (KCT USA) was born. Today, KCT USA is partnered with 6 Indian communities offering after school programs, leadership academies and numerous vocational training opportunities reaching children across southern India.
